The Cardiologist's Wife's Chocolate Too! Diet:
No Sugar, Low Fat *&* Low Carb
Recipe serves 2, with 225 calories, 16g protein, 26g carbs, & 7.5g monounsaturated fat per serving.
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup uncooked Dreamfields Elbow macaroni
1/2 cup shredded fat free cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup skim milk
1 tsp dried parsely
1 tsp salt, optional
DIRECTIONS:
Boil macaroni for about 11 minutes.
Drain water, add olive oil & cheese, stir to melt cheese.
Add onions, milk, & parsley, stir again. Easy!
